Last year, Virginia Women and Family Support Center had to get creative to overcome funding shortages and continue supporting the women and children who rely on us for stable, long-term housing. This year, to help sustain our housing program and minimize the impact of these shortages, we launched a special initiative —StrongHer Generation.
When you shop at the StrongHer Generation Store, you’re doing more than just finding great items—you’re helping provide safe, stable, long-term housing for women and children, strengthening families, and investing in a brighter future for the next generation.
To make this possible, we are collecting furniture and home essentials to stock our store. If you have any of the items listed below that you’d like to donate, we would be so grateful. Feel free to share this with your friends, too!
